Refund Policy
Lutin LLC is committed to providing our customers with clear and fair refund policies based on the services we offer. Here is our detailed refund policy:
- Service Cancellation Before Start: If you wish to cancel a booked gaming session or technical coaching, please ensure your cancellation request is made before the commencement of the service. Once the service begins, refund requests will not be accepted.
- Return Authorization: Upon receiving your refund request, Lutin LLC will send you an email with a Return Authorization number and instructions to facilitate the process. Returns and refund requests need explicit authorization from Lutin LLC.
- Time Frame: All refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of the order receipt. Any request after this period may be declined. Please note, once authorized, refunds should be processed and completed within 30 days of the receipt.
- Proper Process: Any service cancellations or refund requests sent back without proper authorization or not in line with our instructions will not qualify for a refund.
- No Exchanges: Given the digital nature of our services, we do not offer exchanges. Instead, refunds or store credits might be provided upon successful return authorization.
- Discounted Services: Any services ordered at a discounted or special rate are ineligible for refunds.
- Shipping Charges: While we primarily deal in digital services, any incurred shipping or additional charges are non-refundable.
For the success of the refund process, we ask our clients to provide as much information as possible regarding the request. This enables us to efficiently track, manage, and ensure the satisfaction of all parties involved.
